Eleonora Ramsby Herrera
Founder & director
Eleonora started practicing yoga as a child. Suffering from chronic back pain brought her into a path of movement and healing. She realised how important physical movement was to maintain a healthy life that involves less pain, it helped her feel better and naturally she wanted to share this with others.
Alongside the physical aspect of the practice, she whole-heartedly embraces the existential and philosophical aspect of yoga. It has served as a warm blanket and an encouraging guiding star which continues to support and to keep her on her path of learning and exploration.
Her commitment to the practice has remained central and serves as the backbone for her life. Eleonora has taught yoga on a full-time basis since 2008. She is a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals and registered as a 500-ERYT and YACEP through Yoga Alliance International.
Eleonora is an accredited Yoga Teacher Training director – developing and running 200-hour teacher trainings in London, Stockholm and Lisbon. Additionally, Eleonora offers CPD (Continuous Professional Development) courses in teacher development and teacher mentoring for professional yoga teachers.
